More About Donald Bernovich II

Clinical Interests:

I perform psychological assessments for children (8 and up), adolescents, and adults. Testing services can include evaluation for IQ, behavior, and/or emotion regulation to assist with diagnosing and providing appropriate treatment recommendations. I also work with adults providing DBT services, CBT for Insomnia, cognitive-behavioral therapies for depression and anxiety, and Adlerian therapy.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical approach is a mix of Adlerian, DBT, and cognitive-behavioral interventions with aspects of mindfulness mixed in.

I enjoy reading, gaming, exploring the world, having new experiences, and learning from others.
