Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include working with individuals and couples that struggle with the mental and interpersonal relationships. Some of the things I enjoy helping others with include: improving relationships, self esteem, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, managing anger, managing stress, trauma, addictions and human sexuality.
Clinical Approach:
My approach to therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I enjoy helping people recognize the barriers to change and encouraging them to take steps towards a better way of pursuing their personal goals and manage life.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family and outdoor sports.
