Clinical Interests:
My specialties are grief/loss, anxiety, chronic pain. I am also available to see clients with depression, parenting issues and conflict resolution and many other issues.I provide supervision for other social workers and colleagues.
Clinical Approach:
My clinical approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I enjoy working with adults as well as children. As a former school social worker, I am very comfortable with working with elementary aged children. I use some Play Therapy techniques in my practice.
Hobbies:
I spend my free time with family and friends. I enjoy cooking, reading and knitting.
