Clinical Interests:

I work with youth ages 16 to adults age 60+. I work with individuals who are experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Bipolar, Autism, Grief and Loss.

Clinical Approach:

I work from a strengths-based perspective. I believe each client comes with unique gifts and has value and worth. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with Motivational Interviewing into my work with clients.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my daughters, reading, watching movies, and going to the gym.
