I’m honored to serve my community thru services that plant seeds and promote hope in maintaining long term sobriety. My clinical approach encourages honesty, setting healthy boundaries, accountability, identifying strengths and barriers to achieving personal goals, stress management, mindfulness, radical acceptance and forgiveness.
Hobbies:
My personal interests include spiritual growth, self-care and professional development. I can be spontaneous and I love to learn. Hobbies include creating collage frames, listening to vinyl records, playing cards, being out in nature, taking a road trip, spending time with my 22 year old daughter and our dogs, attending festivals, plays, sporting events, concerts, comedy shows and I also enjoy watching sporting events like the Olympics, Super Bowl and March Madness.
