Areas of clinical interest included: provide mental services to individuals and couples, ages 19 plus, presenting with complex trauma, anxiety disorders, stress management, depression, adjustment, impulsivity, identity, spiritual, or cultural crisis, family discord, relational and communication difficulties, problems associated with grief/loss, interpersonal conflict, environmental stressors, and other psychological disorders. I have been trained in several treatment theories and therapeutic intervention models including: developmental, family systems, solution focused, cognitive behavioral, somatic, psycho-dynamic, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing [EMDR], Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.

Clinical Approach:

Clinical Approach I utilizes holistic treatment models that integrate elements of western, traditional, psycho-pharmaceutical, and spiritual interventions/principles. Subsequently, I believe that personal growth and emotional health can be improved by identifying emotional triggers, interrupting counterproductive thinking patterns, replacing maladaptive behaviors, and eliminating self-destructive cycles. I consider it an honor to join individuals on their journey of healing toward improving their overall quality of life.

Hobbies:

I enjoy bowling, mentoring, sewing, attending plays, planning activities "ME TIME" with self, family, and friends.
