Clinical Approach
I utilizes holistic treatment models that integrate elements of western, traditional, psycho-pharmaceutical, and spiritual interventions/principles. Subsequently, I believe that personal growth and emotional health can be improved by identifying emotional triggers, interrupting counterproductive thinking patterns, replacing maladaptive behaviors, and eliminating self-destructive cycles. I consider it an honor to join individuals on their journey of healing toward improving their overall quality of life.
Hobbies:
I enjoy bowling, mentoring, sewing, attending plays, planning activities “ME TIME” with self, family, and friends.
