Clinical Interests:

My primary focus is on children, adolescents, and young adults for medication management. Areas of interest include but are not limited to thought/mood disorders (anxiety, depression, and panic disorders), adjustment disorders (life situations and grief), behavioral disorders, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), conduct disorder (CO) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, obsessive thought disorder (OCD), eating disorders, posttraumatic stress disorders (PSTD), trauma, gender dysphoria, LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Clinical Approach:

I desire to serve those facing mental health challenges using a holistic, evidenced-based patient-centered approach. Finding the solution begins by uncovering psychological and life circumstances, which allows us to uncover the root causes of your mental health. I offer sustainable solutions that will help you through your life’s journey. Together we will assemble your personalized plan of care that will allow healing to begin. This will include but is not limited to integrating medication management, non-pharmacological treatment (supplement, aroma therapy), biochemical support (nutritional and gut imbalances), psycho-support (such as individual, group, and family therapy), and lifestyle-behavioral support (sleep hygiene, exercise level, and technology exposure). My commitment to you will include my advocating for your wellness in mind, body, and spirit. My motto is I will never walk behind you, nor in front of you but rather I will walk right at your side.

Hobbies:

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, grandchildren, and friends. I have a love for traveling to create memories for my children and grandchildren. No matter the season you will find me outdoors. I love to play in the garden, camp, four-wheeling, side-by-side riding, fishing, and hunting!
