Clinical Interests:

For outpatient services, I enjoy working with females 16-26. I am trained in a diverse range of presenting problems including treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal conflict, behavioral challenges, gender/sexuality exploration, medication conditions (e.g., chronic pain, diabetes), healthy lifestyle changes, and reunification. I strive to provide a trusting and open-minded relationship with clients, hoping to help them thrive in all areas of their life!

For testing services, I am happy to work with all ages. I utilizing a range of different kinds of tests including objective measures of mood and personality, intelligence tests, attention measure, projective measures, and symptom reports.

Clinical Approach:

I am an eclectic provider, utilizing a treatment modality that best fits the client! I am trained in: CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Interpersonal approaches, Trauma-informed approaches, Gender/Sexuality-affirming approaches, Psychodynamic approaches

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time outside and being active. I also enjoy curling up on the couch with a good book.
