Clinical Approach:
The clinical approach I take includes a mixture between Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Centered Therapy (PCT). I utilize other approaches and techniques from varying modalities depending on client needs.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I actively practice yoga. I also enjoy spending time with my family and pup. Lastly, I enjoy spending time outdoors in my hammock or soaking up the sun anywhere I can!
