Clinical Interests:

I provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical interests include anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment disorders, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.

Clinical Approach:

I take a person-centered, strength based approach to therapy. I like to incorporate multiple frameworks inlcuding Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Parent-child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Narrative Therapy.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. In my free time I enjoy baking, traveling, and being outside.
