More About Erin Peterson

Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with clients with presenting issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, eating disorders, and borderline personality disorder.

Clinical Approach:

My approach is eclectic and easily adjustable to meet the needs of my clients. I primarily draw from person-centered, solution-focused, and existential theory and will add in DBT and CBT skills when appropriate. My main focus is always the relationship I build with my clients.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, swimming, singing, playing sports, watching the Gophers and the Vikings, reading, and watching TV.
