Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health difficulties and life challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, anger management, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, adjustment issues, stress management, and self-esteem.

Clinical Approach:

I use an integrated therapeutic approach that is client-centered and strengths-based and incorporates methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills.

Hobbies:

I enjoy traveling, music, playing games, crafts/ DIY projects, gardening, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.
