My clinic interests include anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, depression, bi-polar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
Clinical Approach:
Person centered care, meeting my client exactly where they are at in their treatment process. Assisting my client with finding a healthy balance in their life by teaching and practicing emotion regulation, meditation, organizational skills, and financial skills, just to name a few.
Hobbies:
In my personal time I enjoy gardening, exercising, and spending quality time with my family. I also love playing games, watching movies and spending time with my animals.
