More About Grace Franey

Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests include working alongside children starting at age five, adolescents, and adults as they navigate various personal experiences that can impact their well-being. These may include challenges related to confidence, self-worth, anxiety, depression, academic or work-related stress, shame, guilt, vulnerability, assertiveness, boundaries, self-compassion, relationships, mindfulness, relaxation, perfectionism, self-criticism, emotional awareness, and regulation. Additionally, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey through trauma recovery. In my practice, I strive to create a nurturing and empathetic environment where clients can explore, heal, and grow, fostering resilience and empowerment.

Clinical Approach:

Life is an adventure filled with diverse experiences and transitions. At each stage, there are unique moments of joy and hurdles to overcome. That’s why I’m here to support you, offering guidance and compassion as you navigate your path. Since I believe in the power of tailored therapy, I offer a range of interventions, such as client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strengths-based therapy. These interventions can help you to address your specific needs and goals and to find the tools you need to thrive. In our work together, I will create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. We will work together to identify the roots of your challenges and develop strategies for overcoming them. I will also help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and find your unique healing path. Personal growth is not a destination but a lifelong exploration. I am here to give you the tools and support to embrace that journey with courage and hope. Together, we will work to unlock the power of healing, amplify your strengths, and increase resilience. Your future holds endless possibilities, and I am excited to be a part of your story.

Hobbies:
