Clinical Interests:

I have a passion for breaking the negative stigma of mental health and working with clients suffering from co occurring disorders. I believe in a holistic approach to mental well-being, including working to improve the physical, emotional and mental health of the client. I challenge and empower the client with a culturally appropriate relational approach. My goal in working with adolescents, young adults and their families it to improve the system by reducing barriers to growth and success.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize a variety of clinical approaches to best meet the clients needs, including experiential therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused and person centered therapy.

Hobbies:

I cherish time spent with friends and family. I love nature, photography, travel and creative art, and often can be found enjoying live local music or fine food.
