More About Holly LaLuzerne

Clinical Interests:

I work with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, grief, issues of self esteem and personal identity.

Clinical Approach:

I take a client centered approach to therapy. I tend to utilize techniques from a variety of approaches based on what each client needs. I primarily utilize the cognitive behavioral approach but have been known to dip into strengths based, solution focused, and narrative style approaches. The aim is to help each client live their best life and find the right balance to achieve that goal for themselves.

Hobbies:

I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family.
