Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests include working with adolescents (ages 12 and above), adults, couples, and families on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and trauma. I am also interested in working with individuals struggling with emotional dysregulation, self-esteem difficulties, adjustment disorders, anger management, self-harm, and suicidal tendencies.

Clinical Approach:

I primarily utilize DBT, CBT, Family Systems Theory, and Person Centered Therapy while working with clients.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy watching football, playing volleyball and basketball, doing yoga, and going to concerts and movies.
