Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with a wide variety of people of all ages. I work in a person centered model and attempt to understand what the client wants to gain from therapy when working with them. I believe that the person I am working with is in charge of their progress. I am simply there to support and guide them in their change.
Clinical Approach:
This is very person centered and dependent on what the client is working on and wanting from therapy. I tend to use the solution focused and DBT models most often.
Hobbies:
I enjoy music, the outdoors, sports, and family time.
