Clinical Interests:

I work with children, adolescents and adults, couples and families and parental support. I work with these issues: anxiety, depression, PTSD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, trauma, abuse, behavioral concerns, parenting strategies, family conflicts, couples conflicts, grief and loss, motivational issues. I have experience with multiple populations, including the LGBT population and people with Autism.

Clinical Approach:

I will offer you respect and compassion while creating a safe place where I can listen to your concerns. I can then show you how to make small, manageable changes which can help you meet your goals and handle difficulties in healthy, effective ways.

Hobbies:

I love spending time with family (including pets!) and friends, gardening, reading, and watching movies.
