More About Jay Caspillo

Clinical Interests:

I am passionate about helping people live happier and more fulfilling lives, this is the reason I entered the field of Counseling. As an LADC who is working on an LPCC, I help clients who are striving to live a life of recovery. According to "Strengths Finder 2.0", my top 5 strengths are (in order from strongest to weakest) empathy, relator, developer, communication, and woo. My top three spiritual gifts are service, exhortation, and mercy. All eight of these natural strengths and gifts are directly tied to my desire to help people overcome whatever struggles they are facing.

Hobbies:

I love being in nature (hiking, biking, rollerblading, swimming, kayaking, skiing), hanging out with my daughters, taking my Siberian Husky on walks, exploring National and State Parks, going to museums, and trying new restaurants.
