Clinical Interests:
I am primarily interested in adult populations working with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment, grief, and working through life's frustrations.
Clinical Approach:
I use treatment primarily from Mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I conceptualize with ideas from Existentialist and Postmodern counseling philosophies.
Hobbies:
I enjoy travel, cooking, food and wine. I do hiking, running, yoga and dancing for fun and fitness. I love listening to music and playing video games.
