Clinical Interests:
I work with adults dealing with issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, military and military families, body image, stress management, women’s issues, self-esteem, Seasonal Affective Disorder, bipolar, adjustment disorders, relationship issues, post-partum concerns, personal growth, divorce support and shame. I am Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained which is a trauma treatment approach.
Clinical Approach:
I understand that you may have anxiety about discussing the problems that you deal with. I am nonjudgmental and compassionate and will create a safe space for personal growth and exploration. I believe you are the expert in your own life and when you believe your wants and needs matter and you deserve love you can create loving relationships and the life you desire.
