Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with adults among diverse populations to include those with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders and various general psychiatric conditions. I have extensive experience working with schizophrenia and personality disorders.

Clinical Approach:

Each patient has a unique story and as a provider have the privilege to understand the individual behind the diagnosis. A patient centered approach fosters trust and collaboration, empowering patients to actively participate in treatment plans and make informed decisions about their mental health journey. My treatment approach includes staying up-to-date with latest advancements in mental health care with integration of evidence-based practices. In addition collaboration with fellow health care professionals ensures comprehensive patient care through a multidisciplinary approach to mental health.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time outdoors exploring natures beauty and find ways to enjoy each season either paddle boarding, hiking or snowboarding. I love spending time with family and friends while exploring different restaurants. At home you will find me with dogs and cats reading or watching the latest Netflix series.
