It is my passion and honor to be a guide for people in my community on their journey to finding their path to a life worth living. I encourage a whole life approach where we will focus on you as a person versus any diagnosis that you may have been given. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space that welcomes people of diverse backgrounds. I hope that when we talk, you feel safe, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes.
Hobbies:
When I am not counseling, I am a parent of a teenager, training for RAGNAR road or trail race, doing yoga, playing viola and cello, learning, reading, and crafting. I try to practice what I teach.
