I received my Bachelors degree in Social Work from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI and my Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from University of Wisconsin, Madison. I have experience in providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, emotional abuse, divorce and custody issues, complex family systems, women's issues, LGBTQIA complexities, gender and sexual identity, grief and life changes.

Clinical Approach:

I have training in trauma-informed care and utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and value a client centered approach to therapy. I strive to engage and enhance my client's capacity for introspection, reflection, and self awareness to better understand and navigate their past, present and future lives and feel empowered and hopeful.
