More About Jenny Clark

Clinical Interests:

I received my Bachelors degree in Social Work from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI and my Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from University of Wisconsin, Madison. I have experience in providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, emotional abuse, divorce and custody issues, complex family systems, women’s issues, LGBTQIA complexities, gender and sexual identity, grief and life changes.

Clinical Approach:

I am trained in trauma-informed care, and utilize a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and utilize a client centered approach to therapy. I want clients to feel supported and safe in their counseling journey and I strive to engage and enhance their capacity for introspection, reflection, and self-awareness to help them better understand and navigate their past, present and future lives and make the positive changes they desire.

In my free time, I enjoy exercising, running, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
