More About Jess Jost

Clinical Interests:

I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults. I have experience working with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, and more.

Clinical Approach:

My approach is grounded in empathy, client empowerment, and collaboration. Along with developing a positive and trusting counselor-client relationship, I strive to adapt my therapeutic interventions to fit the needs of each client, utilizing techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, strengths-based interventions, and more. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner world, discover new perspectives, develop awareness, and face challenges openly.

I enjoy spending time with my dog, family, and friends. I also love to read and travel.
