More About Jessica Fanberg

Clinical Interests:

I work with school aged children and adolescents. My areas of specialty include adoption and foster care, children with trauma and emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression and ADHD. I enjoy involving parents in knowing how to best help their children with the current struggles.

Clinical Approach:

I work to empower children, adolescents and families through hands-on activities, humor and a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I hope to dig deeper to uncover underlying issues and bring about meaningful change. I am a Registered Play Therapist and incorporate both directive and non-directive play into my practice. I hope to help parents better connect with their child’s behaviors so they can both make real change within their central nervous systems.

Hobbies:

I enjoy creative activities, spending time with family, podcasts, watching live music and learning more about children and adolescent mental health. One of my favorite things about working as a therapist is there is always something new to learn.
