More About Jessica Nash

Clinical Interests:

I enjoy working with adults and adolescents of various backgrounds and mental health concerns. My areas of specialty include difficulties related to trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment, and adjustment challenges.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical approach is predominately holistic person-centered care, with the integration of EMDR, interpersonal, and attachment theory to meet the needs of my client. My work aims to enhance insight, gain coping skills, process distress, and empower my clients through empathic understanding and unconditional positive regard.

I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and exploring the outdoors.
