Clinical Interests:
I work with adolescents and adults who present with a range of mental health diagnoses and disorders that include depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, trauma, psychosis, dissociation, adjustment, stage of life issues, self-harm behaviors, personality disorders, grief and loss, college and student issues, work stressors, limited attention, anger, rigid or distorted thinking, conflict resolution, guilt and shame, self-identity, and stress.
Clinical Approach:
My primary clinical approach is through targeted behavioral techniques based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also focus on strengths perspective, person in environment, systems approach, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and prolonged exposure.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and pets, playing games, relaxing, watching movies, making spreadsheets, and organizing.
