Clinical Interests:

Although I am new to the field, I have had extensive experience running a SMART Recovery program. Facilitating this group has grown my skills in walking alongside others as they work on building their own sense of autonomy and agency while learning to build on and maintain their motivation for recovery, learn skills to help cope with urges and manage triggers, learning new ways to manage their thoughts, feelings and emotions as well as creating a lifestyle balance. My interests include working with adolescents and adults in helping to empower them to find a life beyond addiction.
