Clinical Interests:
I help families and individuals develop coping skills around depression and anxiety. My experience also includes helping family systems navigate chemical abuse and addiction issues.
Clinical Approach:
I use a holistic approach helping clients develop and maintain a centered and balanced approach to relationships and daily interactions. I help clients further develop inner-strength and resilience.
Hobbies:
In addition to spending time with my wife of 24 years and three children, I enjoy coaching youth baseball--helping kids develop confidence and perseverance in addition to baseball skills. When I am not doing these things, I am likely to be found riding around Lake Minnetonka on my Harley Davidson or enjoying a ballpark dog at a Twins game.
