Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include: Helping individuals develop the necessary skills to overcome depression or anxiety, educating families on ADHD and treatment options from a strengths-based perspective, and helping kids and teens navigate the complexities of life. I also enjoy working with trauma and complex PTSD to help people regain a sense of safety in life.
Clinical Approach:
I practice with a person-centered approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-based, EMDR, and Family Systems.
Hobbies:
I love soccer and was fortunate to play for 20 years. I enjoy running and working out and I’m an avid fan of the Premier League. I’m a passionate reader and love to learn professionally and personally. I love being active and spending time with my family.
