Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with kids, adolescents and adults, as well as families, to address behavioral and emotional struggles. I have experience working with individuals struggling with ASD, ADHD/ADD, anxiety, depression and adjustment disorder.
Clinical Approach:
I take a very person centered and strength based approach to help clients find their ability and capacity for change. I enjoy utilizing DBT skills to provide clients with the ability to know and understand their thoughts and emotions.
