Clinical Interests:
I provide all types of psychiatric care for adults. My particular interests are in perinatal mental health and substance use disorders.

I practice with a prevention mindset and a focus on holistic care. My goal is to develop relationships, empower clients to make their best health decisions, and focus on functioning. Everyone deserves to receive non-judgmental mental health care that considers all components of your life. I look forward to partnering with people to help them achieve their highest level of wellness.
Hobbies:
I feel like parenting has challenged my ability to have hobbies! In a nutshell? I call my dogs my “fur babies”, I have referred to myself as “plant parent”, I will make up excuses to party plan, I am mildly nerdy, and I am a *bit* obsessed with Harry Potter, Jane Austen and Sherlock Holmes.
