I enjoy meeting my clients where they are and giving them the best experience possible; using tools that will effectively help them reach their goals in our therapy sessions. I use cognitive behavioral therapy. solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, guided imagery, breathing techniques and mindfulness. Because my background is drama therapy, a passion of mine, I bring humor as a medium for psychological therapy and dealing with depression, anxiety and drug issues, for bringing healthy change.
