Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests include working alongside teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal idealization, codependency, self-esteem issues, and various life stressors.
Clinical Approach:
I strive for a strengths based, empowerment approach that respects the client as the expert on their own life, while acknowledging systemic barriers that may be impacting success. I work to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe bringing every part of themselves to therapy.
Hobbies:
My favorite self-care activity is spending time with my three cats Herky, Levi, and Kiki! I also love reading a good mystery book or lounging outside with friends and family.
