Clinical Interests:

My clinical interests include PTSD and Trauma Disorders, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skill work, Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and Dissociative Disorders.

Clinical Approach:

My clinical approach includes solution focused therapy, internal family systems theory, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma informed practice to name a few. I practice with an approach that change and acceptance are in balance with each other.

Hobbies:

I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors in a variety of ways (depending on the season), spending time on the water, and going to Wild games.
