Clinical Interests:
I work with adults in an outpatient setting who are seeking recovery and a life of being free from substances. I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds. They each have their own story and unique needs. Together we can improve their life by creating a way to live without substances.
Clinical Approach:
My approach seems to be continually progressing as I learn and grow in my career. I utilize the 12 steps, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and working on life skills and goals. I am interested in client-centered approach to treatment, allowing for clients to tailor their treatment plan to meet their needs. My clinical approach is to treat each client as an individual with kindness, dignity, and respect.
Hobbies:
I enjoy traveling, reading, spending time with family and binge watching my favorite shows.
