Clinical Interests:

I am passionate about helping individuals who experiences a wide variety of mental health diagnoses. These include but are not limited to anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and serious and persistent mental illness. I am particularly interested in helping older adults and caregivers through coping with the aging process.

Clinical Approach:

I utilize a Person-Centered approach as well as incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.


I enjoy spending time outside with my husband and adorable dog. I also enjoy playing piano, drawing, and cooking.
