Clinical Interests:
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, school and employment issues. I have experience working with individuals and families impacted by ASD. I work to assist people in recognizing there are many factors that bring change and stress into our lives.
Clinical Approach:
I take a holistic approach, looking at the whole person and recognizing the uniqueness of each individual. I pull from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients reach their goals.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family, boating in the summer, reading, listening to music, and watching our MN hockey teams play.
