More About Kate Gourley
My focus includes adults experiencing depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, spiritual issues, self-esteem issues, stress management, life transitions, parenting, and relational conflict.
I focus on being client centered and strengths based in my approach. I use a lot of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, practicing nonjudgmental stance and using mindfulness to build awareness and find balance.
I enjoy practicing yoga, trying new mindfulness practices, cooking, traveling, watching my children's sports, and spending time outside.
