I enjoy working with people of all ages who are experiencing symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Borderline Personality, Panic, Relationship Difficulties and Adjustment Disorders. I also work with people regarding faith and spirituality concerns.

Clinical Approach:

I think it is important to thoroughly assess and understand each person while identifying a plan that meets their goals. I use several approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based and Solution Focused Treatments. I have worked with many families over the years using a Family Systems model and greatly enjoy helping people experience the balance of acceptance and change. I am a clinically trained therapist in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Prolonged Exposure for treatment of emotion dysregulation disorders and trauma.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening and sewing. I am a sports fan and love watching many sporting events. My personal faith is a very important part of my life.
