Clinical Interests:
I work with individuals ages 9 through adult with depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, family conflict, divorce and life transition.
Clinical Approach:
I work with a person centered and family systems approach based on where each client is in their journey. I work with individuals and families on continuing to develop and improve their communication skills and work through conflict. I utilize CBT, narrative and solution focused therapy while working with clients.
Hobbies:
I enjoy exercising, running races, being outside, boating, and being with friends and family.
