Clinical Interests:
I work with a wide variety of clients from adolescent through the lifespan. I specialize in working with Perinatal clients as well as clients with a trauma history. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and stress, and grief and loss.
Clinical Approach:
I am EMDR trained clinician and use EMDR to help clients process trauma. I also use a cognitive behavioral approach as well as solution-focused. I am influenced by self-compassion and mindfulness in working with clients.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my family in the outdoors biking, hiking, camping and boating. I also enjoy cooking, baking, and crafting.
