I worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 8 years in urgent care prior to beginning my journey in mental wellness practice. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. Special interests include ADHD, depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

My clinical approach focuses on the unique needs of each client by integrating nutrition, exercise, therapies, and medication.
