More About Kelly Swartos
My background includes working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss (including anticipatory grief), adjusting to major life changes and conflict. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families as they work to find resolution to difficult and stressful life situations.
My approach is integrative and client-centered to meet your unique individual needs. I incorporate a variety of different influences to the therapeutic session including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, narrative and motivational therapies, trauma informed care and solution focused therapy. Together, we will identify your personal goals and develop ways to measure your progress as you work to improve your overall wellness.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two sons and our dog, Fern. Our favorite activities include going to sporting events, gathering with friends and family and weekly movie nights.
