Clinical Interests:
My clinical interests are diverse but can be summed up in a statement that I am interested in helping people find a greater sense of well being and improving their ability to manage the barriers that get in the way of fulfilling this goal.
Clinical Approach:
The best description of my clinical approach would be integrated. I treat each individual as a person and use the best evidence based practices that fit the person's needs. I consider myself an Adlerian but also follow the teachings of Rogers, Beck, Pearls, and Kazdan to name just a few.
Hobbies:
In my personal time I enjoy painting, traveling, playing music, and spending time with my family, not necessarily in that order.
