Clinical Interests:

I have had a variety of experiences and enjoy working with children and adults. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, relational issues, parenting concerns, divorce recovery, grief and trauma.

Clinical Approach:

I believe I have an eclectic approach when it comes to therapy. Recently, I was trained in EMDR. I am based in person-centered and CBT, but pull techniques and interventions from Adlerian, psychodynamic, and solution focused therapies.

Hobbies:

I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends (and dog)! In my free time, I like to play volleyball, hike, read and watch movies/Netflix.
