Clinical Interests:
I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in human services, specializing in Forensic Behavioral Health. My academic background includes undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. I thrive on change and appreciate opportunities to assist clients with a wide range of needs and ambitions. My focus is on creating a supportive atmosphere where my clients may see their own potential and overcome challenges to achieve their goals.
Clinical Approach:
I utilize a variety of approaches (such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) techniques) with the objective of delivering nurturing services that empower clients to openly express their emotions and address the barriers they encounter. My approach aims to cultivate the necessary skills and motivation for clients to identify and effectively manage symptoms associated with their condition. I also acknowledge the unique needs and goals of my clients, while fostering the development of autonomous life skills and stability for optimal functioning.
Hobbies:
I enjoy rollerblading, hiking, and exploring new outdoor places. I also like painting, gardening, and spending time with family, friends, and my French bulldog, Stitch.
