Clinical Approach:
My sex-therapy informed approach focuses on cultivating a space where my client/s can break down stigma and shame to invite vulnerability and emotional safety. It is not uncommon for adults to struggle with aspects of intimacy, communication, identity, and relational dysfunction. My focus as a clinician is to honor my clients experiences and co-create a therapeutic journey that achieves their therapy goals.
Hobbies:
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my partner walking our dogs, coffee shops, cooking, and attending yoga classes.
